Italy, the Mediterranean and the Dalmatian Coast

Similar in scope to the Greece and Turkey excursion in 2006, this itinerary will take you to wonderful ports of call in Italy and other historic ports in the Mediterranean Sea.

The Ship

The Royal Princess is the former R8 of Renaissance Cruises, the last of these intimate-sized vessels to be built. As the Minerva II, she served a short stint with Swan Hellenic Cruises before transferring to the Princess fleet in 2007. If you cruised with us on the Nautica in May of 2007, you will be very familiar with this vessel. At just over 700 passengers, this is the perfect vessel for visiting these Mediterranean ports of call. The ship has a number of accommodation types, including Verandah Staterooms, Ocean View, and Inside Staterooms.
