Game Day Only

I have had a tremendous interest from Husky Fans for a “Game-Day Only” option for LSU. No tours, no extras, just the transportation. I’ve decided to offer a program for people who may not be interested in all the peripheral events taking place in New Orleans.

This game day program includes motor coach transportation from the New Orleans Marriott to the LSU Campus in Baton Rouge with police escort round trip. It no longer includes the pre-game warm up party, which is now being coordinated by the UW Alumni Association. The price of this package has been reduced accordingly. When details on price and menu are known, NW Travel will provide information and a link to UWAA for reservations and tickets. This program is priced at $108 per person. In order to access this program, participants must stay at least three nights at the New Orleans Marriott, at the NW Travel rate of $119 per night. The JW Marriott is now sold out. Additional tour components are not available and cannot be added once this option is purchased

The Friday night Mardi Gras Party is the exception to this rule, and can be purchased as an option for $65 per person, which includes transportation from the hotel to Mardi Gras World. This game-day option is payable by check only, in full at the time reservation is made. Seats are limited, and this offer may be revoked when it’s determined that the allotted seats are filled.
