The standard events package includes two tour options. Additional tours may be purchased based on availability at registration time. Priority for tour slots and additional tours is based on registration date. All tours designated as ‘coach’ will depart from the hotels on Canal Street.

Each of these tours will be operated in the morning (9:00 am-noon) and in the afternoon (1:30 pm to 5:00 pm) on Friday, September 7th. The only exceptions to this are the Thursday night music tour, Friday river cruise, and the Sunday Gospel Brunch. You may select two tours when reserving your package. If you are interested in adding additional tours, indicate this in the free-form area on the reservation form. Additional tours will be confirmed at a later date. Here are the tour selections:

Afternoon City Tour Thursday, September 6th 2:00 pm-4:30 pm
Due to the large number of people arriving early in the week, we have added a Thursday afternoon city tour, which will start at 2:00 pm. This tour will wrap up in plenty of time to be back at the hotel for dinner time
Music Tour Thursday, September 6th 9:00 pm-1:00 am
Hop on board the magic bus for a night of music and drink at a variety of venues across the city. Blues, Jazz, Zydeco, and Cajun are on the menu for the evening. This tour is only offered Thursday night (Music PM), and will include a shuttle between the hotel and the various music venues.
