Hotel Stay Programs

I strongly recommend that you arrive in Copenhagen a day early. This will not only allow for time to see a beautiful, vibrant city, but will take some of the worry out about delayed flights and missed cruise departures. Copenhagen is worth at least 24 hours, and two full days will allow you time to adjust to the schedule and really enjoy this capital.

Pre-cruise stay

Copenhagen Holland America offers a hotel stay program that is a fairly good deal. The hotel is the Scandia Hotel, a modern property located on a canal about 6 blocks from the Tivoli Gardens. I am communicating with some other properties in another part of town, which offer a little more character. If I cannot find comparable rates with the equal comfort and location, I will recommend that the Holland America option be exercised. This package includes accommodations, transfer from airport to hotel, and hotel to pier, continental breakfast, and taxes.

I will arrange a city tour for anyone coming in for two nights. When I have an idea of who is coming, I will get more details, including prices to you.
